Dr. Amanda P. Blanchard, D.C.  or Manda, is a Producer, writer, and certified intimacy coordinator whose work is shaped by a life of unexpected turns and purposeful reinvention. Her professional path spans the military, healthcare, broadcasting, and the arts, each chapter adding a layer of insight to her storytelling and leadership.
With a background in the U.S. Army and as a Doctor of Chiropractic, Manda brings both discipline and empathy to every project she leads. Her journey into film was not planned, but earned, through failures that became lessons.
Manda’s body of work reflects her belief that success is not defined by achievement, but by adaptability. She writes and produces stories that explore identity and power, often centering characters who, like her, have had to fight to be seen on their own terms.
Today, she is the founder of DAM’T Productions, where she develops narrative projects across genres, from thrillers to hybrid shorts, while actively supporting independent filmmaking in the Midwest. Her storytelling is honest, unflinching, and fiercely rooted in the belief that growth comes not despite failure, but because of it.

My Creative Mission
Manda creates stories for people who are trying to find their voice, whether it’s a child rewinding dialogue, a woman on the edge, or a knight facing his dragon.
Her work blends emotional realism with fantasy and combines thriller with humor. It’s raw, bold, and deeply human because real stories deserve a stage, and real people deserve to see themselves on screen.
